About us..

We're AWOL, a creative agency rooted in community. Our work spans content production, live experiences, and brand strategy; as long as community at the heart of it.

For international clients like Nike and Wingstop, and for local gems such as Muziekgebouw and Museum Boijmans.

Community is a buzzword nowadays. But to us, it's everything. We've got a thriving community of upcoming creatives around AWOL, that we build on every single day.

Writing and publishing content across social and email
Managing real client channels through community management
Handling creators: sourcing, outreach and coordination
Assisting on productions, live events and activations: before, during, and after

Have a strong interest in content, community, and social media channels
Are organised and reliable, even when things move fast
Communicate clearly and kindly, with creatives, clients, and teammates
Are comfortable juggling multiple things without dropping the ball
Speak fluent Dutch (sorry, this is a must for the clients!) and English
Are proactive, grounded and good energy to work with

Have a strong interest in content, community, and social media channels
