While we operate internationally, we've got our start in Amsterdam, where've built safe spaces for years. With our AWOL Community, we're bringing new ways of networking and uplifting to thousands of young creatives.
We don't just talk the talk, we walk the walk: community is not a buzzword, it's our nature.
Since 2022, we've been building our agency and community organically, and through our unique system we're able to take on projects of any size.
AWOL believes in the importance of creativity’s collaborative nature. That magic can only happen when people, ideas and cultures cross-pollinate. So to me, the way we celebrated this rebrand feels like a home run.
That belief is what led us to set up the AWOL Creative Community. An open platform for creatives of all kinds, emerging and experienced, young and old. We host workshops, talks, brunches, co-creation sessions and our own Community Awards.
Our community includes over 3,000 creatives who check in, collaborate and grow with us.
