We’ve partnered with Nike EMEA to bring a new form of community activation to life: Nike’s first mentorship program. We fully conceptualized the 6 month program’s structure and experience. From the school-themed framework and curated workshops to key events and the final graduation event. Emerging creatives from our own community were invited. Carefully selected and thoughtfully matched with the right mentor from Nike’s Brand Creative team.
SPOTLIGHT: NIKE SCHOOL TO SWOOSH
We worked closely with both the mentees and Nike’s Brand Creative team to ensure alignment, quality and momentum at every stage. We provided ongoing guidance with biweekly 1:1s, facilitated honest conversations, safeguarded the structure and kept the energy consistent. Alongside that, a shared program of events and workshops that brought everyone together. All produced by AWOL.
