We’re looking for a sharp, organized and people-minded Project Coordinator to help bring creative projects to life from first idea to final delivery. You’ll support planning, coordination and execution, keeping timelines clear, communication flowing and every detail on track.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in project management and/or coordination.

• Experience in a creative agency, production company, cultural organization or similar creative environment.

• Organized, structured and able to keep a clear overview across timelines, tasks and deliverables.

• Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Dutch.

• Clear, assertive and proactive in communication.

• Experienced with Microsoft programs such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

• Skilled in working with Figma.

• Able to work with different people, from internal teams and clients to creators and communities.

• Able to handle changing plans while keeping projects moving.

• Eye for detail, without losing sight of the bigger picture.

• A strong feel for content, social media, events, brand activations, culture and community.
