Shortlisting: Nominations close on Sunday December 15th 23:59. Afterwards, our AWOL team of creatives, will create an initial shortlist of nominees based on creativity, personal impact, and storytelling.
Voting: From December 16th till December 31st 23:59, the audience gets to put in their vote, which will be combined with our jury vote.
Winner Announcement: The winner will be revealed live during the Community Awards Gala on January 17, 2025 at Paradiso Amsterdam (yes, on their largest stage!).

The Community Awards are a new, community-driven awards ceremony for creatives. No pay-to-play nonsense, no need to have worked on a million-euro commercial. We focus on true up-comers, self-initiated work, and smaller but more impactful campaigns that showcase fresh ideas and individuality.
In some traditional ceremonies, success can depend on how much money you’ve spent on a flashy campaign or even just to submit your nomination (yes, we’re talking about those €400 nomination fees), the Community Awards focus on what really matters: creativity, individuality, and personal impact.
